From my Grandfather, who started a food market in Hood River, OR in 2010 that focused on specialty goods and organic foods. I remember spending hours in the back of the shop playing computer games when I was really little. He then let me run a lemonade stand the summer I was 11. Later, remember my grandfather taking me through quickbooks. Family sold in 2024, but when I moved back in 2018, I worked for the store once again stocking produce and working in the deli. Family business, 2010-2014 in Hood River, OR.
One of the best few weeks of my childhood, a fond memory, one summer when I was 13 or 14 I asked for an actual job in the store.

My first ever business, in the summer of 2013 (I was 13 years old), I wanted to busy myself with an activity and also try to make some money. I told my gramps that I'd like to rake leaves in the neighborhood, and he said it was a great idea. He helped me put together business cards, and set me on my way for my 1st door to door sales experience. That fall, I remember earning around $800 from raking leaves, going around with a 50 LB garbage bag with my offer: $10 per each bag, stuffed as full as I can.
Other notables: In 2013, I took a plane ride all by myself for the first time (to spend Xmas Vacation in Vermont). It was a milestone that has made me appreciate flying and travel ever since!

Many people have stories from a single moment in their past that inspired them. Like many, I was a kid and passed by the coolest car I had ever seen. I asked my friend, "Miguel, that car must take premium gasoline. How much do you think it costs to fill the tank?"
He laughed and said, "Bruce, when you have a car like that, you don't care how much it costs to get gas.."
A funny moment between two kids. And the best luxury of living in the modern age is that I have a picture of that car from that exact day. Mclaren #OneDay

My first time visiting New York City and the start to making YouTube videos with a travel vlog I filmed on a camcorder and edited on Windows Movie Maker. I had made a bunch of skits on the platform before this, but this marks the beginning of when I started to think about the edit and the story of a video (2015).

My friends and I made our first short video, a fun Halloween inspired music video with an original song "Dogface" by Max Mueller (2015)

The original caption on this photo that I posted on Social media "This picture was not taken in the studio (At school). Got home late last night and decided to set up in my room. Just some fluorescents, a black wool blanket, and the timer on my camera

Cross Country Photography Road Trip with My Grandfather, Bruce C. Bradbury Sr. Learned lessons in photography, patience in order to get the right image.. and a keen eye on everything around in the world that may make an interesting photo.

My first short film. 24 hour. 2nd place in State competition. Very fun creative project.

Attending the Governor's Institute of Vermont Art Program in the summer before senior year. The caption I wrote, "Painting is so fun with the bestie Adare O'Neill."

From Randolph, VT to Hood River, OR once again. This time: Alone.
This picture shows up as "Abandoned Mall 10". On our way back from GIV 2017, my friend and I were inspired creatively by this strip mall that time had let slip into disarray. This particular photo, poignant, as I was thinking of my upcoming move to the West Coast at the time. That Summer, after just 1 year of Film School, I decided to move out and become an adult. I wanted to support myself with a passion for film, and also wanted to experience the last year of high school in a less rural area.

Note to self: August Seaside Trip for photography, but it was also the first time I learned about real estate. Seaside, OR. 2017. Learning about real estate, helping my grandfather with some odd job tasks pertaining to his rentals. In working with the tenants, and considering the different facets of the real estate we were working with, I became interested.. At the time, I did not know a career in real estate would follow me later in life. But the experience was a a pre-cursor

I am proud of the fact that, while still in High school, I was able to promote myself from the wastelands of several different dishwasher jobs to finally join the ranks of the professional sort, with 'Real' jobs. While scouting the Hood River Hotel location for a short student film I was working on with some friends, I bumped into the owner of a local production company: Immense Imagery. The owner asked if I knew how to edit, I said yes, and he asked to take my information down. I found myself with a part time editing job (getting paid hourly, like a proper job), and creating video advertisements for local companies in the Columbia River Gorge. I even learned my first bit of web design, and helped to create a full dentist office website on Wix.

After having only attended the new high school for Senior year, while supporting himself on a freelance video editing job after school, Bruce won the Mr. HRV competition, being crowned the best boy in the class of 2018. The competition included choreographed dancing and memorization of the entire Lorax book. For his good looks, Bruce won the pageant. But those other talents probably helped too.
While not a straight A student, Bruce maintained interest in regular studies, particularly speech and debate and the sciences.

My New Real Estate Headshot Came in

Add Description Here

Graduated with my Bachelors in Film a day before my 22nd birthday! I started school off with a very aggressive approach. I wanted to work as much as I possibly could in the filmmaking world. On top of school, I made an effort to network in the city for production gigs, and held 3 work-study positions at the school throughout most of my time at Portland State University. The first job I got October of my Freshman Fall of 2018 was as an A/V Operator for the School's CAVET (Campus Audio and Visual Events Team). That April of 2019, I joined the PSU Communications Team as a Videography and Editing assistant for promotional work coming out of our department. Mostly, we worked on brand videos for the schools YouTube channel and, throughout my time, I also got the chance to take a few really great photos that landed on the front-page of PSU's website, for a time. Then, into my 2nd year, the new Stott Sports center completed its remodel and I joined the Broadcasting team. I worked as camera operator, and never got the chance to operate the switcher. We worked on Basketball games mostly with a healthy mix of Volleyball and Football. Games were broadcast to Pluto TV. Since workstudy jobs were limited to 15 hours per week per job, the differing experiences ultimately taught me a lot while it all was not too much on my plate, though I had to petition with school counselors to take on as much as I was at the time.

Winterwood Drive in Central Washington State. First time representing the sellers in a transaction. My job included prepping the home for sale, taking photographs and listing on the MLS.

I attended Quantum Leap and got to meet and talk to Gary Keller in Person. In the two day seminar, I sat in a room with Gary along with 100 other real estate agents under 25 as he talked about his path he had taken in life, business and rlationships. The founder of my company, the author of the great book that inspired me to get into real estate, the billionaire himself. He gave me the advice (Paraphrasing) "If you aren't totally decided on what you want out of life or what you want to do, that's okay! Just pick something now and work hard. Those skillsets you pick up today will help you in the future no matter where you go or what you do." That advice really stuck with me, as I've never fit into either worlds of creative or business and, while I'm determined to work hard, I am unsure of where I will end up career-wise, since I value experience and entrepreneurship.

Represented the buyer who bought this property, originally listed at $1,100,000, negotiated down to $1,005,000. This 4-plex bought with existing tenants, part of the search for this buyer was a suitable investment property in Bellingham, a thriving Washington college town.

On Deck as an associate producer for Live Productions at Microsoft's Production Studios in Redmond, WA (Outside of Seattle). I was tasked with managing assets for various departments, such as the chiron and the switcher operators. During my time, I also ran cloud storage backups in one of our offsite media locations, a project that spanned 200TB+ of media that we spent the better part of 6 months sifting through, organizing & uploading. Here is a picture of my in front of the cyc wall!

This one was a challenge! But, I have never shyed away from a challenge. This particular property was wrapped up in probate in court, and in addition, had a dozen or so squatters existing on the property that had been there for around five years. The property was... cluttered. I led the listing, working a local team at the law group, organizing clean up crew and listing this property. Another complexity is that this property is situated on Native American Reservation land, and so while property conveyance was possible, water rights and building permissions were unanimously controlled by the tribe. All this to say when you have a factor that limits the buying pool, and then stack those factors, the complexity of a real estate deal wind up fast! The squatter situation had made the property unlivable and therefore a teardown-for-the-land sale.

This time Representing the buyer, wanting a condominium in downtown Seattle, close to the event centers and amenities.

January 1st, 2023 to December 31, 2024.. 2 years. How did I do on Youtube? I made a variety of content, a lot of YouTuber style explainer vids, 'research with me' videos, and short experimental attempts at cinematic footage. It was a worthwhile test in creativity. In that time, I got 335,000 views on my YouTube channel. I made 162,909 seconds of content. Break that down into something I can understand? 45 hours, 15 minutes, and 9 seconds.
